I’m expecting and live in Whitstable and would really value recent (last year or so) birth experiences at QEQM, William Harvey, or any other Kent units people chose.
If you’re willing to share, it would really help to know:
- how communication and support were during labour
- how things were handled if anything was complicated or changed
- what postnatal care was like
- whether you felt listened to and safe overall
I’ve read some difficult older stories and feel understandably nervous, so I’m looking for honest, recent experiences — good, bad, or mixed — to help me make an informed choice.
