Recommend obstetricians in the private sector (London)

I would like to do a thread where we recommend doctors in the private sector, simply because I had the best experience with Dr Vinita Singh (The Portland Hospital) and I’d like to share with new mums or mums thinking of changing Drs.

I am currently under the care of Professor Eugene Oteng-Ntim at St Thomas - I’m 28 weeks and so far really pleased with the decision to go with him. We had a potential issue raised at the 20-week scan so I sent him a text, he called back immediately and once we’d discussed he arranged a follow-up scan with an appointment straight afterwards. I’ll report back on delivery in a 2.5 months!

This is my third baby - I had my first and second on the NHS at Epsom hospital and generally felt ignored throughout.

Im glad you are getting the care you need and deserve! Im currently 34w+ (second baby) and I have been under Ms Singh’s care since 15w. She’s always available and I was surprised she canceled a conference she was meant to attend just to stay and be available to me in case I go into labour.
