Musgrove or Dorchester hospital for childbirth?

I'm pregnant with my first baby, my closest hospital is Yeovil but that obviously isn't an option due to being closed down. Musgrove is 45 mins away and Dorchester is 50 mins away.

I feel most mums who were due to go to Yeovil will be going to Musgrove which puts me off from what I have heard with how stretched they are already.

Has anyone had a baby at either and can share their experiences?

Dorchester is likely going to be stretched as well due to Poole maternity closing and a lot of people choosing Dorch instead of Bournemouth.
