Good Hope or Heartlands? Birmingham hospitals

Hi,

This is my first pregnancy and Im trying to choose a birth hospital, I have been given the option of good hope or heartlands. Both of these hospitals have had their maternity rating downgraded to ‘requires improvement’. Looking for feedback(bad or good) on mothers who have recently birthed here.

Thanks 😊

I had my son at good hope in December 2021. I thought they were fab! Got induced at 42 weeks and had a vaginal birth. Midwives were lovely. Having my next baby there in a few weeks.
