Hello Mummas.. hope someone can help.. it my first time on here.. not sure how to use this.. ive got a slight problem.. gave birth vaginally 17months ago.. sex has been quite painful on and off ever since .. for some time now I find that i can't seem to do certain positions.. for example the doggy position. It feels as though my vaginal wall lowers in this angle and makes it diificult for the penis to go in. Ive been to the gp numerous amount of times and one of them said it could be anatomical? Im worried it could be a mild prolapse which might cause my vaginal wall to lower making sex in doggy position or on top painful and difficult. However, if i do have a prolapse of any kind surely i would have been told by the gp? The only position i can do is missionary which seems to feel ok?

Have you ever been referred to Gynae?
