Any recommendations of a csection scar cream?

I didn’t use anything on my scar after my first csection but have recently had another one and want it to heal better this time if possible. On Instagram I keep seeing an advert pop up for naydaya, they seem to do a ‘scar saviour’ balm that’s popular. Has anyone used it or even just bio oil? Thanks

Bio oil is great, reduces redness and inflammation

The only thing proven to improve scars is silicone gel. I was told this by a plastic surgeon who removed a cyst from my face. I used kelocote after that and again on my section scar.

With any other product the act of massaging it into the scan might help to break down scar tissue but the product itself isn't doing anything.

Silicone Gel as above. Used for facial scar and my c section. It's expensive but you only need to use it very sparingly.

Sugar House Organics Get Up & Glow Oil. It is apparently very good for scarring generally, so I'm assuming it could be good for C Section scarring.

The majority of the benefits come from the gentle and regular massaging of the scar. Vaseline will do a good job too!!
