I gave birth about a month ago and in the last week or so I've been getting muscle pain in my pelvic area and stomach. It's kinda like a pulled muscle kind of pain and tender like if you do touch much exercising, is this normal? Thank you

It's been a while since I had my babies but I can't remember that feeling.

Hopefully someone will be along soon with more recent experience.

Congratulations on your LO too Flowers

I've had ongoing pain in knees and elbows since having baby 4 months ago - GP said it is the relaxin hormone still going round the body and making it easier to injure yourself - maybe you are having something similar?

Giving birth is a MASSIVE deal! It's going to take your body a lot longer than a month to get back to normal plus all the relaxin and other hormones etc, so yes I would say completely normal
