Going for a number 2 after birth with 1st and 2nd tear

I'm so nervous to go to the toilet I have been holding it off for a few days now, how bad was your first number 2 experience after a 1st and 2nd tear 😢

I never had any stitches with my three vaginal births. But I remember my first poo very well.

I put it off for days because I was scared. I was so so sore down below. I got my baby and put him in his Moses basket, and put him in the doorway of the bathroom. I was in so much pain but determined to go as it will only get harder. I had taken fybogel in the days leading up to this.

Anyway I was in so much pain I thought I would pass out. I actually contemplated dialing 999 I felt that bad!!

Anyway I managed to do it!! Yes it hurt but the next poo after this was much softer.

Just to add my 'baby' is now 17 😂
