Hi, i'm not sure really what i want to ask but just looking for someone who has had similiar. I had 17mm of my cervix removed in December 2020 due to pre-cancerous cells. I then had a miscarriage in August 2021 they believe due to my treatment. We fell pregnant 4 weeks later and i am now currently 27 weeks with a BB. I am however under consultant care as i have been told i am at risk of pre term labour and to expect him between 32-37 weeks. I have also just started metformin tablets having recently been diagnosed with GD. I was then told i'm at risk of bleeding so will need to be put on an infusion for 6 hours straight after delivery. As you can imagine my anxiety is very high and i am scared & nervous. Has anyone had any of these issues and both you & baby been okay? Baby arrive early ect? I have put down for an elected c-section this time as my previous 4 were all natural with no problems. Any info on what to expect would be great! Thank you xx

You poor thing, you’ve been through a lot.
My circumstances weren’t then same as you but if it’s any help;
My DS1 was born at 35+3 unexpectedly and he is now a happy & healthy 8 year old. He spent 2 days in NICU and that was it.
I was told my DS2 wouldn’t make it past 32 weeks in utero and he made it all the way to 38 weeks.
So although it’s clearly worrying for you, it sounds like they’re taking very good care of you and are prepared for lots of outcomes. Try not to worry about what you can’t control. Xx
