Has your period changed since you had a baby ?

I had my first baby two years ago via elective c section.

Ever since, my periods have done a complete 180.

They used to be really really painful and heavy. I would have spotting and massive cramps before it started. Cramps were terrible and flow was heavy.

Since having my daughter, I don't even know it's going to start. It just starts, no spotting. Full flow, right away. Pretty much no cramping, but I get a migraine most months.

It's like living in a different body. Has this happened to anyone else ?
