6 weeks but don't feel pregnant at all!

Hello!!

Looking for some reassurance here because I've been generally chill since finding out I was pregnant after doing so much research beforehand. I'm 22 and it took us 7 months so I'm thrilled!! And it's my first.

But, I have no symptoms other than feeling extra tired (but this could be giving up coffee??) and the occasional very mild cramp.

When I read you're LESS likely to have a MC if you have morning sickness it sort of scared me.

I don't feel there's anyone to speak to as GPs aren't interested and it goes straight to an automated system where I've been given a midwife appt at 8 weeks, which is a long wait.

Anyone else feeling/felt the same here?? Should I be worried??

I know worrying can't change anything but would like to hear others experiences

@GoldJules
bless u, it sounds like we’re in very similar position. Today my boobs are not sore either. They feel heavy but nothing like last night when they were really sore to the touch. I have no clue what the hell is happening!!
good luck with you and yours and please don’t take a test - they’re so bad for anxiety. They should be banned! Keep yourself busy until Sunday and I promise to update you tomorrow 🤞🏽🤞🏽❤️❤️

@CKBM Hi! Yes please do let me know how it goes. I don’t have any symptoms other than frequent urination - especially at night - 2 or 3 times. Sorry, TMI. I am not doing another test, they definitely make me feel a bit crazed. Please do let me know how it goes. Fingers crossed for you!!!!!!!! :-)

CKBM · 25/10/2022 20:51

@GoldJules
yup same for me - frequent urination, a bit of burping lol. Re Google, don’t do it. 2 weekends ago I had a dark plus on clearblue on the Saturday EVENING then a very light plus on clearblue digital on Sunday MORNING!! I was fretting so much and thought it was a chemical but then I got the 3+ weeks after waiting 5 days to test the following Friday. Google was basically saying it was a chemical. Let’s sit tight and keep each other strong 🙏🏽 got blood results today-5075 from yest morning blood test whatever that means given the large frame. EPU called me this eve and I have an NHS scan booked in 2pm tomorrow so I’ll update after that. If you’re in the U.K., get GP to refer to EPU and you might be able to get one earlier than Sunday? I know how every day feels like a year at this point.
hugs xx

@CKBM oh best of luck today! I’ll be thinking of you. Your bloody hcg seems good? I’m not even getting to the 2735 threshold if 3 weeks +, so over 5000 seems pretty great! Ha - I’ve paid for the test on Sunday so I’m going to hold out till that point (if I don’t bleed before then :-( ) and going to rely on work to keep me distracted. Do let us know how you get on! Everything crossed for you 🤞:-)

CKBM · 26/10/2022 08:52

@GoldJules
keep hope alive. I’ll update you later and I’m sending you lots of baby dust and hugs 🤗

In the 2 miscarriages I had I had pregnancy symptoms from 4 weeks
With my son who’s 4, I had no symptoms at all, no sickness, nothing

CKBM · 26/10/2022 12:36

@Lisagreen12thank you for your reassurance and so sorry for your losses 🙏🏽

I had 3 smooth as butter pregnancies and really had no 'symptoms' except for a little fatigue. I didn't even look pregnant till well on in the pregnancy and I was full of an unusual calmness. I loved being pregnant -.it was a lovely dreamy time until the last month/6 weeks. Suddenly I ballooned and had to sleep on my back. But apart from the labour itself, that was the biggest discomfort - not much to complain about!

CKBM · 26/10/2022 16:31

@GoldJulesscan update - everything in the right place, 6w4d though I make it 6w today, heartbeat seen - I saw it too 😊 No major symptoms still 🤷🏽‍♀️ They really do mean it when they say every pregnancy is different!

GoldJules · 26/10/2022 17:40

@CKBM that’s fantastic news! I’m so happy for you! You must be so relieved. Congratulations!! Xx

CKBM · 26/10/2022 17:47

@GoldJules
thanks hun. Yes definitely some relief - keeping everything crossed for you on Sunday. Please update and try to keep sane. No testing!! ❤️

GoldJules · 26/10/2022 20:23

@CKBM Thanks! I am slightly spinning out about my low HCG levels, but obviously there is absolutely nothing I can do to change them. I am going to try and enjoy these few days and if doesn't go my way on Sunday, then perhaps ignorance is bliss for the moment! x

CKBM · 30/10/2022 15:42

@GoldJules
how did it go today at the scan?

GoldJules · 30/10/2022 15:54

@CKBM Thanks for checking in. Sadly, not great news. It was a “Pregnancy of Unknown Location”. Which means it’s either too early to show up, miscarriage or ectopic. I’m still getting positive pregnancy tests, but obviously that could mean absolutely nothing. I’m being referred to the Early Pregnancy Unit, so we’ll see but I very much doubt it will be good news. I was expecting it, but I still had a good cry and feeling sad x

CKBM · 31/10/2022 12:11

@GoldJules
oh hun I’m so sorry to hear this. I really was hoping it would be good news :( Don’t worry, keep the faith and look after yourself. As my sister in law kept telling me when I was on the verge of giving up, you just need one good egg. Sending tons of baby dust your way 🙏🏽🙏🏽
