C-section or natural birth after an emergency C-section?

I have my daughter 3 years ago delivered by emergency c-section after being induced. I dilated very little. About 4.5 cm.
I am now pregnant again and have been offered an elective c-section. The risks of the scar opening are really low after 3 years but am a bit worried that I did not dilate much last time...
I would like to hear from people who had a c-section for the first child and how was their experience for the second? Thank you.

Emcs with first baby due to foetal distress in early labour. Second baby I tried for VBAC but went one week overdue and the hospital said they don’t induce if you’ve had a section previously so ended up having a planned section at 40+7. Recovery fine with both sections although I wish I didn’t have the scars/apron (although do have a decent pelvic floor so wings and roundabouts!)

First baby emergency section after induction. Second I wanted another section but was told there was no reason for it. Second birth was high forceps delivery. I so wish I had dug my heels in for an elective section.
