What happens if you test positive for Covid before ELCS?

Booked in for ELCS next week and have some symptoms so going for a PCR today.

What happens if I test positive? Can my DH still be present? Would he have to test negative and not be displaying any symptoms?

Imagine diff trusts have different rules so best asking your midwife at my hosptial if partner is positive they aren't allowed in if the mum is then private room
And staff in full ppe
