Anyone had a c section at North Tees hospital recently?

Not sure how many north easterners might be hanging around this topic

I'll be having an ELCS at North Tees hospital next month and just wondered what the situation currently is regarding DH being able to stay afterwards.

I'm going to Newcastle (RVI) and I think their rules are that it is just visiting hours (unless you give birth in one of their delivery suites in which case a +1 can stay) I think all other situations are visiting hours only :(

@Dipsydoodlenoodle oh no! I'd read that some trusts are allowing them to stay all day but just not letting them off the ward, I'd really hoped that would be the case 😕
