Year later after giving birth i re opened a tear

I don't know what to do! Almost a year after I gave birth, me and my bf were doing it and after I noticed (where I had my stitches) was re opened ! Where do I go and who do I speak to about this?

Your doctor? I would suggest that’s the first person to see/talk to about it
