Is it normal for c section incision to bleed one week later and be red and swollen?

I had c section 8 days ago and over the last couple of days it's become red and swollen on the right hand side and has been bleeding and I have pain behind it in the abdominal area, do you think this has become infected or undone?

That doesn't sound normal and I would get it checked. Sounds possibly infected if it's red around the wound.

No that’s not normal. I would get it checked out ASAP; you might need a course of antibiotics

Sounds like an infection to me. Please get it checked out. Without wanting to scare you I've spent the last 10 days in hospital after a particularly nasty infection in my c section. Hope they sort you out quickly!
