Pads or side fastening adult nappies for after c-section?

Due to have my section in a couple of weeks. I was reading Millie McIntosh’s Instagram post about her c-section and in the comments it was mentioned that you should take side fastening adult nappies instead of pads because it hurts so much to pull your pants up. I’m actually struggling getting in and out of pants/trousers etc at the minute so I can see how that would hurt.

Are these better or were pants and pads okay? Thought I had everything but keep seeing last minute things!

If you find your pants are a little uncomfortable, experiment with cutting the front elastic off.
I did and they still stayed up.

Don't go too big with pants though as pads will move around if they're loose. Good luck!

Pants and pads is fine ots not pulling them up and down you have to worry about, it's the first 💩!

You don't need a nappy. You will be able to walk to the loo to urinate after the catheter comes out.

Yes you tell him that being marched off the ward by a very cross midwife is just a bit humiliating and my husband wouldn't recommend it.
