Heart palpitations and breathlessness 5 days after birth

Hi ladies hope your all well
I'm on day 5 since giving birth to my beautiful daughter .. since then I've had heart palpitations and general breathlessness .. is this normal? I will ask at my appt tomorrow with the clinic but looking for some reassurance as google isn't my friend xxx

Please call 111, you may need some emergency help and tell them your are 5 days post partum . It's not serious if treated quickly so Don't delay

May be a blood clot

Ring 111 and get seen sooner

Before you freak out, it could also just be low iron after blood loss. I had this, iron tabs sorted me out. Do ring 111 tho just to be on safe side.
