Pelvic pain, shooting paint signs of Labour?

I went to triage on Thursday to check baby's movement and whilst I was there they wanted to examine me to make sure I wasn't in Labour as my stomach was contracting. Turns out my cervix was closed and the swab results came back negative however I'm 34 weeks and 5 days. For about a week or so I've been having lower back pain PST couple of days I've had to take the odd paracetamol to ease the pain. It's not constant it just comes and goes throughout the day. Sometimes when I walk i feel a shooting sensation down below and I feel like I need to close my legs incase the baby comes out 🤦🏻‍♀️ stupid I know she won't just come out like that but that's what I can on describe what I feels like.. has anyone had this symptoms before they went into Labour?
