I don't know, I read the response and wasn't sure if the govt were saying anything new. It certainly seems that they want midwives to work for the PCTs but are they actually saying indep midwives can't work for themselves at all?

Is there any comment on the 'save independent midwifery' website?

seems like the indep midwives think it's nothing new either
