I'm 37 weeks 4 days pregnant with my 2nd child. I'm having sharp twinges like period pain every 5-10mins on my right side of my womb which has lasted for the last 3-4 hours on and off. I've got dull back pains on and off also and feeling nauseous, tired and achey and needing the loo frequently. I had to be induced with my first so completely different signs and situation. Does this sound like labour?
