36 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure if it's a rumour or not but heard we can't have gas and air through labour for risk of corona transmission, contemplating a tens machine but not sure if it's worth paying the money for? With my first I was induced and ended up having gas and air & epidural but want to try and avoid an epidural this time. Is hypnobirthing any good?
