Hypnobirthing: (cheaper) Positive Birth Company Digital Pack or (much more expensive) KGH Face-to-Face Course??

Hi guys! I am planning on doing a hypnobirthing course as it sounds like it would really help labour.

I'm not sure whether to do a cheaper option such as the Positive Birth Company digital course (£40) or go to a two-day course with an independent midwife who teaches KG hypnobirthing (£300) - also includes mp3 for affirmations and book. I have heard great things about KG and think it is the creme de la creme but is it worth the price tag??
Does anyone have experience of one or the other?

We've done the 2-day course with KG herself (it was like meeting a celebrity!) and it was very useful, especially for dh. You need to practice breathing, affirmations, exercises etc on your own anyway but the course gave us a lot of knowledge, tools to deal with medical professionals (especially useful for dh) and just overall positivity and confidence. Good luck!

Couldn’t recommend the PBC digital pack more highly. I did a course in person and also got this, this is in my opinion has been the most helpful and truly worthwhile x
