Can someone remind me of the BRAIN acronym please?

I'm sure I read on here somewhere of an acronym of questions to consider when doctors or midwives are trying to persuade you to accept somehting you don't want whilst in labour.

I think it was sometime in the last 4 months, but I've done several searches and can't find it.

I remember thinking it sounded really good at the time, but the only bit I can remember now is the N and possibly the R.

B -
R - What are the risks?
A - alternatives?
I -
N - What would happen if you did nothing?

I've heard it as BRAN - benefits of the action, risks, alternatives, nothing...

I = Intuition
