Big lochia clot 3 weeks & 2 days after childbirth - should I be worried?

My bleeding has been steadily decreasing since I had DS just over 3 weeks ago, but I've just been to the loo and when I wiped there was a big snot-like clot on the tissue. It's about 5cm long and 1cm wide, light brown with some brighter red watery patches - sorry if TMI.

Should I be worried? Should I call the midwife?

I don't think so. Have you been particularly active today? Sometimes there's more blood when you are.

I wouldnt worry sorry if tmi , but sometimes when you strain for a poo it can happen

Haven't been that active today but am realising that I need to slow down a bit in general and rest more. Maybe it's that.

Thanks for the advice.
