Is this normal??????? I push it back up (with clean fingers obv) but it feels all floppy. Doesn't help that I have a chest infection and a really really bad cough. Every time I cough, down flops the cervix. Doing pelvic floor exercises makes me feel like King Knut, trying to push back the waves.
If this is normal, then how long will it last? I want my bits back where they were before labour, thank you very much.
