Gas and air

And paracetamol.

Also if the water isn't working for you and you need more pain relief, just get out.
Do what feels right for you.

I was given dihydrocodeine, but they handed me over the gas and air when it was time to push.

I was offered gas and air and a tablet pain relief ( I think it was codeine )

Codeine and paracetamol (always take together as it’s more effective).

Gas and air

Gas and air, unless you're having a home birth and the hospital give the midwives the wrong canisters which won't fit... then nothing! 😭

The water itself is a massive pain reliever, so that helps.
