What signs did you get when your period was returning PP?

Baby boy is 7 months old (breastfed) and I feel like I've had PMS for the last ten days. My skin is spotty like a teenagers (unlike me). Also I'm having a reasonable amount of discharge.

Did a casual cervix check I'm the shower and it was very low, soft and slightly open.

Does this mean aunty flo is on her way back? Should I crack out the dairy milk and ibuprofen now?
