I forgot to ask my midwife and I’m signed off from midwife care now.

Can I have a bath after an episiotomy a d third degree tear? I’m desperate!

DD is only 2 weeks old.

I was definitely told by midwives in hospital and home visiting ones to bath in those oils. Maybe explains why they burst a few days later 🤔 also forgot to mention OP but I took arnica capsules aswell!

Yes, with salt. But not for more than 10/15 mins or stitches might breakdown prematurely.
