Positive second birth stories after forcep and episiotomy first births!

Please can you share your stories of second labours if you had forcep first deliveries!? I'm due to give birth in a few weeks and I'm so scared my vagina is going to be ruined forever after the second one. Also do you have any good tips for second labour?

First one was episiotomy, got infected and took a long time to heal.
Second was much quicker birth, tore and healed pretty quickly and easily.
I stood up to give birth second time, gravity is wonderful
Second baby was 2lb bigger and that helped.
