Homebirth / private midwife care in Tower Hamlets

Has anyone out there had a homebirth in Tower Hamlets with NHS from Royal London?

Especially from Bow team as they are mine and I am finding them disinterested and off-hand at best and often abrupt and openly hostile.

Am getting a little anxious about the birth now (am 28 weeks)as do not feel I trust any of the midwives.

Also am considering private midwife care as NHS so awful - can anyone recommend for East London? any cost advice??

Please help!!

Thanks!
They're not a million miles away and look good from website. I'll contact them to find out whether they cover my area - thanks for the help!

I live in tower hamlets and had DS with birth center in tooting, quite expensive but would be less for you as you are later in pregnancy. they cover anywhere within M25 they do antenatal visits at home and will do home birth or you can deliver at the birth center. One of the midwives that i had from the birth center has branched off with her own company that does home births this service is a little cheaper. You can find the birth center by googling birth center in tooting bec and i actually have the email address of the midwife i spoke of.
