What to take to hospital to help relax

So I'm starting to think about natural birth (only just found out the placenta has moved enough that we no longer need a c-section) and I'm really up for as natural a birth as possible. I'm hoping to bring things to relax me at hospital, and keep as calm an atmosphere as possible.... things on my list so far:
Music play list
Scented oils (can I put these in the pool?!)
Tens machine
Led candles

Any other suggestions?? Obviously my OH will be there as my support and I'm have a look into hypnobirthing (more for the use of words and thought process)

TIA xx

I'm so excited for you!!!
I had so many plans about what to take and ended up in the brand new MLU where they had mood lighting - so new they didn't know how to set it to one colour and it kept changing. According to husband I've given birth in a nightclub....
I didn't make use of anything except my coconut water and husband flapjacks.
Tens machine had to come off when I went in the pool (immediately after arriving) and i just wanted silence in the room. Maybe smells would've been nice but my face hung just above the water most of the time so I wouldn't have been able to small anything anyway. You can't put anything in the water, no. Maybe on a little towel or hankerchief.

Wishing you a great last few days of pregnancy and really hope all goes well xx

Also: we did the digital pack from the positive birth company and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. Even my husband does!

Thanks ladies!!

@Peanutty86 how is your little man? I can't wait to meet mine!! We've had so many dramas throughout, I just want him here now!! Whoop!!
26 days and counting until due date!! Hoping he makes a slightly early appearance to steer well clear of Christmas!!
I'll defo take a look at the positive birth company website. A few people have mentioned that one.

I'll keep you posted for when he shows up!! Eek!! Xx
