Breech baby; c-sec booked, but what if labour starts early?

My baby is still breech and c-sec is booked for 10 days time, virtually on my due date. DD was born nine days early and although you can never tell, I wondered what I'm meant to do if I start getting labour signs before then. Last time, I had two days of ineffective contractions before being induced, and I'm not really sure when I should go to the hospital. Sounds silly, but I hate ringing them to ask questions like this as I know how busy they are...

If you go into labour naturally, ring the hospital and tell them you are on your way and you need a c-section. They will be waiting for you and will do a section mid-labour.

same as others had said - with my 2 electives if I had gone into labour - told to ring hospital and let them know we were on our way and it was a booked section.
