Can a raised temp be a sign of labour?

Just wondering if I'm about to go down with DS's stomach bug, or it might be something else?
It's only a little bit up, about 37.7 - usually I'm around 37.4. But I feel hot and funny.
Can't tell if having any other signs really, just feeling strange...

Sure I read somewhere that you can have fluey symptoms or a temperature?

Thanks

I would not have thought it would be a sign of labour, if I were you I would take 2 paracetamol and if it does not improve or gets worse phone the delivery suite for advice as a very high temp can be dangerous for a fetus.

you might be poorly..but you need to keep an eye on this as a high temp or infection can be not a good thing at this stage...call midwife, i think , just to be safe...
