Hi I woke up about 1.5 hours ago after tossing and turning in bed for an hour or so. I’ve been having excruciating back pain every 4-5 minutes in my lower back and sometimes in my hips. Not noticed any tightenings in my front just pain in my back. I have to breathe through the pain and can’t talk. Walking or lying down doesn’t make a difference to the pain.
Just took 2 paracetamol about 4.45 and just had a hot shower and didn’t have a pain for about 10 minutes but they have just started up again.
Has anyone suffered from SPD? I feel like this is too painful to be labour.. I’ve had irregular back pain for for the past 2 days after V&D. Also been having bloody show - or snotty mucus which is pink (bloody).
Trying to time the pains properly now. Would appreciate hearing others experiences. Kind of feels like a pressure like I need to go to the toilet but nothing happens when I go too.
