Probably best to phone your midwife or maternity unit. They'll know whether it's anything to worry about, what other symptoms to look out for etc.

It may well just be your muscles stretching now that the baby's getting bigger, but they'd rather you phone and ask, than sit and worry.

I've got no other pains or symptoms just that

I had this and felt it was Brixton hicks, which it was at the time. A week later I went in to labour but was 37 weeks. Just check at triage anyway to be on safe side

I got this and it was just Braxton Hicks. I'd phone though to be on the safe side.

I got my worst episode of BH when I was about 25 weeks as well - I was on holiday in Europe, which is why I remember, and had been walking up and down hills all day. It was really scary and quite strong. I took a day of bed rest the day after and everything was fine.

Take it easy

Meant to say, the cramping pains I got in my thighs weren't during the episode at 25 weeks but basically all the way through my pregnancy. Implantation pains at 6 weeks were the worst.
