Childbirth and piles - already have them at 11 wks - what is gonna happen at the birth?!!!

already have painful piles and last birth was a C-section so didn't have to worry about piles and pushing the baby out. This time round am thinking of vbac but worried about what will happen as piles are only going to get worse nearer end of preg (like they did last time!)

I had bad piles with 2nd pregnancy the day before I gave birth they became really painful. A week or so afterwards everything was back to normal.
