Really need advice. 10 months post c section scar pain and lump!

Mums that have had a c section got a few questions.
So I had my little girl through emergency c section nearly 10 months ago now and I’ve had problems with the scar since it’s healed.
It healed fine but every couple of months it gets so sore to the point I can’t move.
When it gets this sore I feel a lump under the scar on one side.
What could it be from? Anyone else had it?

Go get it checked out. I had a C section but this wasn't a symptom.

I had this, after lots of investigation (external: sonogram and CT scan) it turned out to be that my abdominal wall had fallen forward. Which is totally not a big deal, and just needed some physio.

What they were looking for, and what your symptoms sound most like based on my very very small amount of knowledge, is a post operative hernia, the little bulge you mention is how they described it to me.
