EDD this friday
Homebirth planned

Been getting mighty Braxton Hicks for weeks as per with ds and dd.

Today been quiet BH wise until 6pm when bam 15 mins apart, quite strong powerful pressure ones began.
These have continued through dinner/bath/laying/sitting/gym ball etc
now am 8 mins aprt, still managing ok but harder to get through.
Am almost too scared to bloody hope this might be it....
DD and DS were fast labours. With both I woke up as contractions got 5 minutes apart
I've never been awake for first stage as yet...

odds anyone?

Well the 1st 24 hrs have been alright! Dp being a star despite having a rotten cold.

Finn was up feeding a lot - just like his biggest brother he has a fierce appetite.
Of course what goes in must come out.
But it's bliss

I'm not feeling as tired as I should, I guess that's some post birth happy hormone which will wear off at some stage
