all the things ive read on optimal foetal positioning seem to say that that there is a good chance of the baby getting into a better position before the head engages, but not after...HOWEVER,the mw told me that the baby could un-engage(?) again as s/he is my 5th.
i dont know what to do now?i keep having painful bh's and feeling the baby's head grating against my pelvis,my back is in agony and i really dont want another 3 weeks 3 days of this(am getting induced at 39 weeks).

just super fast cos dh is tugging at one end of laptop cos he neeeeds it so badly!...

I had mctimmoney chiropractics through my last 2 pregs, and my ds2 did this at about 35 weeks ish, there is a special manover they use for getting the babies positioned correctly and it gave me INSTANT releif (and probably te baby too)

mctimmony is a far more gental form of chiropractics than the normal sort.

good luck it flippn hurts I know.

still hanging on to it... just.

you could google it to see if you have someone in your area, where (roughly) are you?

oh, here you go

some of them use cranio-sacral techniques too so very relaxing.

when I had this problem, in an instant I could feel the baby had moved position, I had to kiss my chiropractor! -luckily she is my mil!
