Hello, just to let you know that I am being induced tomorrow, 2 weeks early, OMG. I am completely disorganised and a bit nervous about doing it in a foreign languages. So keep everything crossed for me , please! Will keep you posted.

I am nervous as they don't have gas and air in Spain.

water is good pain relief as is TENS..keep active.use a gym ball !
listen to your body , massage..esp. lower back, some firm pressire there can be good...
