Best present you got from a friend after having a baby?

My friend gave birth today to a much wanted baby. I'm so so happy for her. She lives over 2 hours away, so no chance of popping round once she gets home (not that she'd necessarily want me to!). I want to send her something special to mark the occasion but don't know what... Any suggestions? What were the best gifts you received from friends? I know I don't have to get her anything but I want to..

A delivery from cook, 14 different meals and puddings

Best things I/we received:

• Meals that we could stick in the freezer (Cook do good ones)
• A [[http://gro.co.uk/grobag-swaddle gro-swaddle wrap] (happened to arrive just as we were disappearing DD ever sleeping and it worked a treat - I could have kissed the person who sent that)
• Only one person bought me something for me (a little pot of body lotion) and it was so so lovely.

You can still use a breast feeding pillow for bottle feeding, I failed at breast feeding but my feeding pillow got used loads, DD was slow at taking a bottle and my arms ached holding her, the pillow was great.
