I have discovered my husband had a girlfriend right through my pregnancy and plans on living with her. I am due soon. I can not have him at birth but feel he needs to see his baby immediately after. The only way he could do this is if he visits hospital and one of my family members show him his baby on a one to one. The pain is just too much for me.

do you think this is fair?

Just want to say good luck with everything. Remember he is the one missing out as you will have your beautiful baby to love .

I wouldn't let him in, ull be in pain and u don't need him there making u upset. he can see the baby at visiting hours or when ur ready

OP, do what you need to do to keep both yourself safe and your newborn safe. If you want to allow him to see your baby (entirely your decision, not his - he lost any moral right to anything when he cheated on you and then kicked in your door), then do have someone else present.

You and your baby are the ones that matter here.

Good luck, OP. Thanks
