First poop after childbirth...

So DD is 2 days old and I am scared to death of going for my first poop.

Was very fortunate to have a straight forward home birth with only a graze to the labia rather than a tear. Weeing really hurts!

I've defo got a poop brewing, I can feel it (or maybe it's haemorrhoids Shock !) Reckon I can hold it in for another week or so if I put my mind to it...

Please tell me it's not as bad as I think it will be
..? Any advice for how to make it hurt less?
