Has anyone hired the NCT Valley Cushion?

I had an episiotomy on Saturday, and I'm still finding sitting down very uncomfortable. Do these cushions help at all?

Have no personal experience but friend who had similar probs after 3rd degree tear used an inflatable ring, like a child might play with in a swimming pool. Would be cheap and easily available at this time of year so may be worth a go.
