afterbirth pains / contractions

Mine are awful, on par with contractions. Is there anything I can do to lessen the pain? In tears over them.

Only had a few pains today, and a couple of clots the size of a 5p coin, so hopefully that's the last of those horrible contraction pains!

Oh no, am dreading this. Only felt mild cramps during bfing last time.

God, from start to finish this procreation lark is a right pain in the arse.
