Full moon; truth or not?

Ok 39 weeks today so I am starting to get antsy.

There is a full moon on Thursday 2nd August. Is there any truth in the old wife's tale that it can send women into labour?

Notice westcountry hasn't been back since Thursday - maybe it worked for her....
