I gave birth on three birthing stools (sitting on one and feet up on two which were higher than the one of sat on) - midwife between legs.

Undignified but had him within 30 secs of getting in this position (previously on all fours).

I recommend it!!!!!!!

DH just asked how things wre.

at Nickel telling all of us she's grumpy.

Isbn will soon be in your arms and this will all seem like a very very vivid dream (and I can go back to paying attention to my DH).

I'm definately cured of broodiness because whilst I'm sat here rooting for nickel and of course ISBN will be lovely but I have no urge whatsoever to reproduce ever again. Been like that since about 3 minutes after beautiful dd3 arrived (together with my third episiotomy....)

OMG I am so glad that I remembered that I have to wrap teacher presents and get shit together for the accountant tomorrow and that I knew where basically everything is so am back on board!!!!!!

I am seriously neglecting my children today. No less than 2 of my favourite MNers have given/are giving birth today.

ohgod. little brand new baby feet. nothing like then in the world. so unuterably soft and small and perfect.

I want to wake up my 20 month old and cuddle him... All this newborn talk is bringing back wonderful memories.

Oh yes the smell of a newborn's head - feels all gooey now!

DH and I are supposed to be having a romantic evening although he is not impressed that I am checking this thread every 5 minutes.

However I am desperate for another baby so maybe in 9 months time......
