I had one customer come in with her husband and very new baby. Husband was sporting a very new plaster cast on his wrist. I made a joke about having slipped while out wetting the baby's head. It turned out he hadn't actually gone out yet, as his wife had managed to break his wrist during labour by smashing it repeatedly against the metal frame of the bed!

My friend in Texas had a gorgeous little girl last week. I forced myself into the Brussels "Petit Bateau" shop which is stuffed full of newborn baby loveliness. Oh my!

My DH really wants the computer. He doesn't think this is a valid reason for hogging it.
Grr.....
