during transition with DD2 (no one knew was in transition as was examined and was 4cm 5 mins before) I told the Doctor to LEAVE ME ALONE in a very polite voice I swore like a trooper

DD2 was delivered by me in the next contraction.... uh Midwives, HELLO theres a baby!!

Hmm, transition, I actually begged for an epidural - and they gave me one. That put the brakes on, I can tell you:)
